After Ogiso worked in global marketing, Business development, and other areas as a business consultant at Deloitte Japan, he founded Strategy & Design Labo. In his current role, he is active across various sectors, including speaking at major seminars hosted by Japan’s METI, IFF MAGIC, etc., advising local government agencies, mentoring startups in ODA projects, and being invited as a VIP buyer to exhibitions in Hong Kong etc.

Director – Takamasa Ishikawa

At JAC Recruitment, a leading talent acquisition firm, Ishikawa specialized in supporting the hiring of talents and management roles. Transitioning from JAC, He joined Strategy & Design Labo and co-founded and oversee the HR business, including “TIER HR” for global talents, and “Ikiten” for talents in the medical device industry. His role involves the management of these HR business.

Director – Masatake Nishikawa

After graduating from Swinburne University of Technology, Nishikawa began his career as a designer in a local Australian design firm. His journey then led me through major roles at leading comprehensive interior companies Kawajun Co., Ltd..  Building on this rich background, he joined Strategy & Design Labo Inc. as the Chief Creative Officer (CCO).
